About Us

Rosan Properties Pvt. Ltd. was started in 2019 by an entrepreneur with a vision to redefine the realty landscape of Chennai, by providing customer centric products, that provides lasting value for money and all round customer satisfaction. In their earlier avatar they have developed and completed a number of prestigious projects mainly in the office, commercial, retail & logistics sectors. All the buildings are currently fully tenanted by MNC’s and reputed retail chains.

They have also recently entered into the plotted development space and successfully completed a project in Nolambur, a developing suburb of Chennai. Having tasted success in all of their past ventures, they have decided to expand their horizons in the existing lines of business, with the vast knowledge and experience that they have gained over the years. All of their present buildings are built to very high standards, specifications, energy efficient, client specific designs and with strict adherence to the building plans as per the approved and sanctioned plans by the concerned authorities.
